You use Vithropic to improve your financial and health life. We provide intelligence, not advice. Your data is yours. We can suspend accounts that misuse the platform. You can cancel anytime. Neither of us is liable for the other's decisions.
Vithropic provides a persistent intelligence platform that processes uploaded financial documents, aggregates health data, identifies patterns, and delivers personalized intelligence through a live dashboard and regular briefings. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Vithropic, Inc. ("Vithropic," "we," "us"). If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Vithropic account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Contact us immediately via our contact page if you believe your account has been compromised.
One account per person. You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their explicit knowledge and consent.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. Accounts created with false information may be terminated.
Vithropic offers four subscription tiers — Track, Build, Funded, and Funded Family — at monthly and annual pricing as shown on our Pricing page. Prices are in USD. We will provide at least 30 days notice before changing subscription prices.
Subscriptions are billed in advance — monthly plans on the same calendar date each month, annual plans on the same date each year. Billing is handled by our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on the applicable schedule.
Founding Member pricing ($29/month) is permanently locked for the account lifetime of the first 100 members who join during the founding period. This price will not increase as long as the subscription remains active and in good standing. Cancellation and resubscription after the founding period forfeits the founding rate.
Annual plans are billed at approximately 17% less than the monthly equivalent (2 months free). Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 30 days from the billing date, except where required by applicable law.
The Funded Family plan covers two accounts — the account holder and one invited partner. Each person has their own private dashboard and login. The account holder is responsible for the subscription and all activity under both accounts covered by the plan. Invited partners agree to these Terms independently when they accept the invitation.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access until that date. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods on monthly plans.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge the payment method again over the following 7 days. If payment cannot be collected, your account will be suspended. Your data is retained for 90 days after suspension, during which you may reactivate by updating your payment method.
New users receive a four-week free trial with no credit card required. During the trial, you may upload financial documents and use all features. At the end of the trial period, access reverts to read-only until you subscribe, delete your account, or do nothing — in which case we will follow up periodically. Your data is retained for 30 days after trial expiration before deletion.
One free trial per person. Creating multiple accounts to access additional free trials is a violation of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being terminated.
You own your data. Vithropic holds it on your behalf to operate your intelligence system. By using Vithropic, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your data for the sole purpose of providing the service described in these Terms.
This license ends when you delete your account. We will delete your personal data within 30 days of account deletion, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for ensuring you have the right to upload any documents you submit to the service.
Uploaded documents are processed in memory and discarded immediately after processing is complete. We do not retain original documents. See our Security page for full details on how uploaded data is handled.
Vithropic is an intelligence platform. It is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, tax advisor, or medical provider. Nothing produced by Vithropic — including dashboard intelligence, briefings, scenario models, alerts, peer benchmarks, or any other output — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or medical advice.
Vithropic surfaces patterns and data from the documents and signals you provide. This intelligence is educational and informational. You are solely responsible for all financial, tax, investment, and health decisions you make, with or without reference to Vithropic's intelligence output.
Scenario models are projections based on assumptions, not predictions. Peer benchmarks are statistical comparisons, not recommendations. Past patterns identified in your data do not predict future results.
For financial advice, consult a registered investment advisor or certified financial planner. For tax advice, consult a licensed CPA or tax attorney. For medical advice, consult a licensed healthcare provider.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
Vithropic, its platform, design, intelligence systems, briefing format, and all associated software are owned by Vithropic, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without express written permission.
Your data remains yours. We claim no intellectual property rights over your financial data, health data, or any personal information you provide. The intelligence we generate from your data is yours for your personal use — it is not licensed for commercial redistribution.
Vithropic provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, that intelligence output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation, or that any particular outcome will result from using the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vithropic's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Vithropic is not liable for any financial losses, investment losses, tax liabilities, health outcomes, or other damages — direct, indirect, or consequential — arising from decisions you make based on intelligence provided by the platform.
You may terminate your account at any time from Account Settings. We will delete your data within 30 days of the deletion request.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the platform in a way that harms other users or Vithropic. We will provide notice where reasonably possible before termination, except in cases of serious or ongoing violations where immediate action is necessary to protect users or the platform.
Upon termination, your license to use the platform ends immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive — including Section 6 (Not Advice), Section 8 (Intellectual Property), Section 9 (Limitation of Liability), and Section 11 (Disputes) — survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Before initiating any formal dispute, we ask that you contact us via our contact page and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in English. Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for claims involving intellectual property infringement or unauthorized data access.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Vithropic.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the service, law, or our practices. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. The effective date shown above reflects when the current version took effect.
If you disagree with any changes, you may cancel your subscription and delete your account before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
